Servant Leaders
Pastor Eddy Frost
Pastor Eddy has been the Senior Pastor of LCN for seven years. He is a graduate of the University of Portsmouth in the UK, and studies at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and Nazarene Theological Seminary. Pastor Eddy is married to Linda, who is a science teacher at a local High School. They have two adult sons, Simon and Matthew, who married Charity - now a daughter in law.
Pastor Eddy is passionate about building a genuine community of authentic Christ followers at LCN, and extending a real welcome and hospitality to anyone seeking to know God. "The Christian life is about discovering that each of us is individually designed to have a real relationship with the living God. Jesus Christ is a living invitation into that life. Discovering this to be true meets the deepest needs of the human soul, and from this life we discover new ways to understand ourselves and each other. If the church is what it was meant to be, it will be a community of people that live out these truths together. My vision for LCN is to be a welcoming church that sees the best in each of us, is genuinely easy to be a part of and provides a 'safe place' to encounter God."
Pastor Eddy writes an occasional blog here. He also very occasioanlly tweets a haiku.
Becky Carlile - Lead WorshiperBecky's role is to lead the musicians that provide music ministry to each of LCN's worship services. She leads with her own instrument - a remarkably pure and expressive voice and a heart for God. "Music has the unique ability to lead people beyond themselves" says Becky "and then encounter Christ with their hearts as well as their minds." Under her direction, LCN's worship style is to integrate contemporary praise and the great hymns of the church. "We want to bring our best to Jesus in worship, both musical excellence and hearts fully open to Him." Eryn Richards and Carrie Smith - Childrens Directors

It's one of those things that's simple to understand but much more difficult to truly live out well. While there is no precise formula for discipleship, we're pretty sure it includes reading your bible, praying, relationship with others, and having a heart that refuses to stand still. At LCN, we aim to facilitate discipleship through Life Groups, Sunday School, classes, mentorship, and more. Please let us know how we can help you become more like Christ!"
